MOTOTREND S.A. considers communication with customers important and therefore provides the opportunity to get in contact with the company on issues relating to sales, the distribution network, after sales etc.

Aiming to deal with requests quickly and effectively, we recommend online communication where you should include relevant vehicle details (model, chassis number, purchase date & km), your personal details (name-surname & contact phone number) and a description of request.

We guarantee the fastest possible response to your enquiries.

Due to the large size of the model range, not all are available for a test ride. We offer the opportunity to test ride some of them either at our main showroom or at our dealers’ shops.

New models that are presented at international exhibitions are imported according to the manufacturers scheduled availability which differs from one market to another.

Information concerning the exact time of availability to the Greek market, will be only announced by the company to its official site and to the media.

In case that the vehicle is not ready for delivery at one of our dealer’s store, MOTOTREND SA cannot provide the exact time of delivery. It depends on the availability of the product at the main warehouse as well as the location of delivery.

The documents for the registration of the vehicle are delivered only when the value of the vehicle is fully paid.

Owner’s manual (in Greek language) in pdf format are available on the website, on the page of each model.

VOGE does not in any way recommend technical product conversions, to any of its products, for safety reasons and for compliance with the European type approval that each model was circulated upon.

Any modification to the technical characteristics of the vehicle will nullify the warranty of the product.

There are instructions in the owner’s manual for each model.

Keep in mind that most of the time, diagnosing a technical problem requires on-site inspection of the vehicle by a qualified technician.

There are models on display in our network stores. However, due to the numerous models available in our product range and the peculiarities of each region, it is not possible to have all of them available in all colours.

In Athens, most of the models are on display at the company’s main showroom in Nea Philadelphia.

There is the possibility of exchanging a second-hand vehicle through our dealers’ network.

The assessment of the residual value and the entire exchange process is a product of agreement between the customer and the relevant dealer, without MOTOTREND SA interfering in any way.

It is possible to buy a vehicle from the main store of our company.
For your best service, we recommend that you prefer your local stores for your purchases.

There is the possibility of partial repayment of the value of a new vehicle with a credit card with interest-free installments or with bank financing.

In addition, our partners may offer other payment methods to which MOTOTREND SA does not interfere in any way.

At the main showroom of MOTOTREND SA you can pay in cash (up to allowable cash limit), by debit card or by credit card (even with installments for vehicles) and with bank financing (for vehicles).

Especially for the payment of vehicles, it is possible to repay with credit card or bank financing even from dealers’ stores after filling in an online application.

For payment methods, for products and services invoiced directly by our dealers’ network, you must be informed by them.

Α) For payment by credit card
No documents are required other than the available balance on the credit card

Β) For bank financing the necessary documents needed are the following:

  1. ID card
  2. Tax clearance
  3. One of the following:
    • For employees: Copy of last month’s payroll stamped and signed by the employer
    • For freelancer: Print out of registered data from taxisnet
    • For retiree: Proof of last quarter pension
  4. Mobile or landline bill in your name confirming phone number and home address

VOGE, being one of the largest vehicle manufacturers in the world, manufactures a vast variety of models. Many of them are not available in all markets where the company operates due to specifications, marketing and pricing policy, etc.

Importation upon request of a model that is not included in our range, is not possible as EEC type approval and support for after sales are needed (spare parts supply, technical support etc).

The genuine VOGE spare parts are produced to the manufacturer’s specifications complying with the individual characteristics of each model. They have a perfect fit and ensure the safety of the vehicle and the rider, through exhaustive tests performed by the manufacturer. They are offered at competitive prices ensuring a unique cost/performance ratio.

Due to the large number of models and spare parts, in case you do not know the spare part number, the best way is to visit our spare parts department in Athens or any of our dealers’ shop around Greece.
Through our e-parts application, our dealers can check the availability of it, as well as the expected delivery date in case it is not immediately available

The recommended retail prices include VAT and are valid for purchasing them from our spare parts department in Athens. It is a possible that these prices differ due to delivery fees in shops out of Athens. Labour costs may also be needed if spare parts are fitted to your vehicle by dealers’ workshop.

Although VOGE motorcycles are manufactured to the highest standards, periodic inspection and maintenance are essential to maintain them in excellent condition.
Proper maintenance of your motorcycle is the best guarantee for your safety and the preservation of its post-sale value, while relieving you of unwanted damage that may result from poor maintenance.

The service intervals based on kilometers or usage time are listed in the user’s manual, as well as in the updated maintenance program that is posted on our website, on the page of each model.

You can thus estimate the cost of each service using genuine spare parts, but also choose the workshop with the most competitive prices.
Please note that the cooperating workshops are independent companies to which VOGE provides technical information and training. The prices they charge are determined by them or by their unions. They are required to have a pricelist with the prices they charge for the work they do or with the price of the work hour they charge.
The cost of the work hour in the main workshop of the company is 28 Euros excluding VAT.

The use of a good lubricant according to the specifications set by the manufacturer, is important for the good operation and longevity of the engine.

The company recommends the use of lubricants and care products of SILKOLENE which is the specialized brand for the motorcycle products of the German lubricant giant, FUCHS.
SILKOLENE has been tested by experts who have also built your engine and provide the best possible protection against damage to its components, while ensuring its maximum lifespan.

Despite the application of the latest technology and the highest quality standards in all stages of the production process of vehicles, in the event of a manufacturing defect, the VOGE will aim to cover this via its factory warranty, thus ensuring your confidence in the brand.
All the vehicles manufactured by VOGE and distributed by MOTO TRED SA, are covered by the factory warranty.

The electronic guarantee application platform (e-claim) is available in all cooperating workshops.

You should contact one of them as soon as possible to verify the problem and perform the procedure set by the manufacturer to cover you.

This booklet is unique to each vehicle and cannot be replaced in case of loss.
